We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Everything you need to know about our simple return and exchange process is outlined below.

30-Day Return Window

This portal is exclusively for the return or exchange of items purchased through our official webstores. For a more efficient exchange process, customers may visit any of our physical stores to facilitate an exchange - allowing for on-site product inspection and selection.

General Conditions

  • Item exchanges are permitted within 30 days from the date of purchase provided the official receipt is presented and the item remains in its original, intact packaging and perfect condition.
  • Items purchased at outlet stores cannot be returned or exchanged and are not eligible for price adjustments.
  • In addition, items purchased at our mono-brand stores (GTI-operated Nike stores) and specialty concept stores (REV*, Bootcamp, and Apex) cannot be returned to outlet stores.

Manufacturing Defects

  • Within 30 Days of Purchase: If you find a workmanship flaw, return the item to the original store for an exchange or refund.
  • After 30 Days (Up to 2 Years): If you find a workmanship flaw, and the item was manufactured within the last two years (check the tag), return it to the original store for a physical assessment.
  • Store Discretion: The store will inspect the product and reserves the right to accept or decline the request. Exclusions: Normal wear and tear is not a manufacturing flaw and does not qualify for a return or exchange.

Refund Process

  • Refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
  • Store Credit / Voucher is available as an alternative for faster processing.

Exchange Policy

  • Need a different size? We offer one free exchange per order for size adjustments.
  • Exchanges are subject to product availability. If unavailable, a refund will be issued.
  • The exchange item will be shipped once the original item for return is scanned by the carrier.
