Refund Eligibility

- The item is in its original condition with tags and packaging
- You have proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
- The item is not on our non-refundable items list
Refund Processing Time
- Return Received: Once we receive your returned item, we inspect it within 2-3 business days
- Refund Processing: Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after approval
- Refund Method: Refunds are issued to your original payment method
- Bank Processing: It may take 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account
Refund Methods
- Credit/Debit Card: Refunded to the original card used for purchase
- PayPal: Refunded to your PayPal account
- Store Credit: Option to receive store credit for faster processing
Partial Refunds
